Is a Baptist Church, formed in 1982 through the coming together of three smaller Baptist Churches - Yarraville Baptist, South Kingsville Baptist and Kingsville Baptist. For over twenty years, the Church has sought to live out the good news in our local area, responding to local and global issues and seeking to be faithful disciples of Jesus in all areas of individual and communal life. We meet on Sundays at 10am, at 16 High Street, Yarraville.

Prayer week - Nov 2014. Welcome to Westgate Baptist Church. Westgate is a friendly, family church in the West End of Newcastle upon Tyne. We welcome about 200 people to our services each Sunday, including people of all ages, and of several different nationalities. Many more people come to one or more of the series of other events held around the church each week.

We believe the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God. Westgate is an independent, fundamental, Baptist church. Our philosophy of ministry is very simple.
